These Terms of Service govern your use of Subtrack. By using Subtrack, you agree to these Terms.

About Subtrack

Subtrack helps users connect bank accounts, detect recurring payments, view subscription spending, and manage upcoming renewals. Subtrack is an informational tool and does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Subtrack. By using Subtrack, you confirm that you can form a binding agreement and that your use complies with applicable laws.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Bank Connections

Subtrack may allow you to connect bank accounts through third-party banking providers. Bank connections are read-only. Subtrack cannot move money, initiate payments, or make changes to your bank account.

You authorize Subtrack and its banking providers to access transaction and account information from connected accounts so Subtrack can provide subscription detection and related features.

You can disconnect bank accounts at any time.

Subscription Detection

Subtrack uses transaction data and automated detection methods to identify potential recurring payments. Detection may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing results before making financial decisions.

Paid Features and Subscriptions

Subtrack may offer paid features through auto-renewing subscriptions. Purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID.

Subscription terms, trial availability, renewal pricing, and cancellation options are shown before checkout. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings.

If you do not cancel before the end of a free trial or billing period, your subscription may automatically renew and you may be charged by Apple.

Refunds

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies. We cannot issue App Store refunds directly.

Subtrack relies on third-party services, including banking providers, authentication providers, cloud infrastructure, analytics providers, and payment processors. We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, or terms.

No Financial Advice

Subtrack provides information to help you understand recurring payments and subscriptions. It does not provide financial advice. You should make your own decisions and consult a qualified professional when needed.

Availability

We aim to keep Subtrack reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Subtrack is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Subtrack and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or financial losses resulting from your use of the app.

Our total liability for any claim related to Subtrack will not exceed the amount you paid for Subtrack in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Subtrack at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, or use the app unlawfully.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may notify you through the app or another reasonable method. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
